Batumi Sea Port Limited became a member of MedCruise (The Association of Mediterranean cruise ports). The MedCruise membership means joining of Batumi Port into the business of one of the world-wide rnown organization in the field of maritime cruise. Same will essentially improve tourism both Adjaria and whole Georgia.

The next meeting of International Organization "BASPA" was held at Batumi Sea Port Limited. The issues of entering of new members (both port authorities and terminal operating private companies) in this Organization were discussed.

"Batumi Port Holdings Limited" Ltd has acquired the exclusive managment right of 100 % the State owned shares in "Batumi Sea Port Limited" Ltd for 49 years. The relevant Agreement between Ministry of Economic Development of Georgia and "Batumi Port Holdings Limited" Ltd was concluded.
