The visitors expressed interest in the current state and future prospects of the Middle Corridor. They discussed issues of mutual interest between the ports, prospects for cooperation on possible transport and port infrastructure projects, and outlined actions to promote the mutual exchange of current information. Both sides exchanged valuable information on cargo flows and presented detailed presentations about their ports. Mr. Latakas stressed that the memorandum signed between the ports in 2011 lays the foundation for strengthening and deepening their relations. In addition, the guests had the opportunity to explore the new museum in the Batumi port, which offers a panoramic view of the port infrastructure.
