An expanded meeting of JSC NC KazMunayGas on improving operational efficiency was held in the city of Astana.

The Chairman of the Management Board of JSC NC KazMunayGas (KMG) Mr.Askhat Khasenov held an extended meeting with the management of 50 subsidiaries and dependent organizations(SDO-s) and jointly controlled companies on the results of operations for 2024, which was attended by Mr.Ulan Tleugali, General Director of Batumi Sea Port Ltd.

During the meeting, the reports of the heads of SDO-s were heard. The financial and production indicators based on the results of last year, the main measures for improvement of operational efficiency for 2025-2027, as well as plans for digital development were considered.

Following the meeting, the head of KMG gave instructions to ensure the growth of oil production and the output of light petroleum products through the introduction of new technologies and approaches, digitalization of processes, increased labor productivity and energy efficiency, and high-quality implementation of investment projects within the approved timeframe.
